Course Description:
Introduces the student to
multimedia basics, application, and organization. Focus is on the conceptual
elements of multimedia implementation and authoring basics.
Prerequisites:
CGS 1100
Corequisite or Prerequisite:
COP 2823
Course Objectives:
- Understand and apply the
basic operational principles of an authoring program.
- Design text as a part
of a multimedia application.
- Understand and apply image
basics.
- Understand and apply animation
techniques.
- Understand and apply sound.
- Understand and apply video.
- Understand and apply storage
technique
Grading:
Grading will consists of
projects, hands-on tests, and written tests.
